RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
For the purpose of this Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Returns Policy”), https://nutritionkrt.com/ can hereinafter be referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us” and an individual who orders the product can hereinafter be referred to as the “User”, “you” or “your”.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE
A. Subject to the terms and conditions in this Returns Policy, you may apply for a cancellation of a placed order, return, refund or exchange of a product purchased from https://nutritionkrt.com/ (including its mobile version) and mobile application (collectively the “Website”). To initiate a cancellation, return, refund or exchange, you can write us at info@nutritionkrt.com.
B. You may apply for:

(i) Cancellation of an order before it is shipped to you;

(ii) A refund of a product if it has not been received by you;

(iii) A return and refund or exchange (as applicable) of a product if:

(a) the product was defective and/or damaged on delivery;

(b) the product is materially different to that selected by you;
-
(c) the product conflicts with any applicable legislation;
-
(d) delayed receipt of the product by the User makes it impossible to benefit from such product; or
-
(e) receipt of products goes against the User Agreement.

(iv) A return of a product if you change your mind, provided that the product is in an intact condition. Your right to return, refund, or exchange shall be subject to limitations under applicable laws.
C. Non-Eligibility for Return/Refund: A product shall not be eligible for return and refund or exchange if:

(i) The product has been used (change in quality, quantity, or characteristics) or damaged while under your care;

(ii) The request is not initiated within the specified timeframes;

(iii) The product causes a physical reaction (rashes, stomach upset, etc.) or due to personal taste preferences after opening;

(iv) You fail to provide information required for investigation;

(v) The returned product is not the one delivered.
D. Return and Refund or Exchange Process Timelines: A request must be made within the following timelines:

(i) Open/Broken Seal: On the same day of delivery.

(ii) Defective/Damaged: Within 2 business days of delivery.

(iii) Materially Different Product: Within 2 business days of delivery.

(iv) Other Applicable Cases: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.
E. Investigation Requirements: Once informed, we may require:

(i) A short description of the case;
-
(ii) Photographs of the received package or products;
-
(iii) Any other information required to investigate the case. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Company. Approved requests will involve product collection and subsequent refund or exchange.
F. Returns Shipping:

(i) Logistics partners may decline parcels not appropriately labeled or secured.

(ii) Upon approval, we provide free returns shipping.

(iii) We are not responsible for any product returned to us that was not originally purchased from https://nutritionkrt.com/.
G. Payment and Refunds:

(i) Approved refunds are processed within fifteen (15) business days.

(ii) Cash on Delivery: Refunded to a designated bank account or the Website wallet.

(iii) Electronic Payments: Refunded to the original payment source.

(iv) The Company is not liable for delays beyond its control.
2. ORDERS AND CANCELLATION
A. Acceptance and Cancellation:

(i) Additional verification may be required before order acceptance.

(ii) We monitor for suspicious activity and reserve the right to cancel orders and inform law enforcement without liability.

(iii) “Suspicious Orders” (determined at our discretion) may include:

Unusually large quantities;
-
Multiple accounts delivering to the same address;
-
Drop-shipping (one account to multiple addresses);
-
Invalid addresses or detected malpractices. Promotional vouchers used for cancelled suspicious orders may not be refunded.

B. High Fraud Risk: Accounts may be suspended or terminated if a User:

Fails to reply to payment verification or provide documents;
-
Misuses other accounts/emails;
-
Uses invalid contact details;
-
Misuses voucher codes;
-
Returns wrong products or refuses payment;
-
Has a very high return rate or provides incomplete addresses.
C. Cancellation by User:

(i) If cancelled before shipping, the entire amount will be refunded.

(ii) Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled; Users must initiate a return after receipt.
